I’m a very shy and timid person when I first meet people and it’s something I’ve always struggled with. From the moment Tristan became my teacher though his warm and friendly demeanor helped me get past this struggle almost immediately. He was always willing to teach at a pace that best suited me but also made sure to push me when I needed it. While the lessons with him only lasted for a short period, the experience was worth it. He helped me tune my singing practice to a higher standard and helped me better express the emotions that were being portrayed in each song. Beyond that, he also found moments of fun where we could goof off and relax, even for just a moment, to help calm my anxieties and get me out of my head when I started getting too frustrated or upset with myself for messing up. Despite being on the younger side, Tristan helped me with not only my singing and acting, but helped me better break out of my shell and have more confidence in myself.

Tristan was my voice student for 5 years. He has a extensive knowledge of voice technique. He has a very healthy approach to his own singing and he demands the same of his students!

Tristan was employed by my Academy as an Assistant Summer Camp Director. His position required him to teach both acting and singing to our students. He also stepped up and took the Director's position staging and choreographing the skits/extrapolations from Musicals the students performed their last day before an audience. Tristan has a real great intuition as the to style of learner he works with. He is very quick to taylor his lessons to the needs, performance level and learning style of the student.
