Ensure that they upload their assigned content daily, checking format and integrity. - Collaborate with and ensure that the Promotional Director similarly uploads his/her assigned content daily, checking format and integrity - Responsible for final approval for Head Staff writer to post articles daily, making sure all promotional and visual content is uploaded and coordinated (aside from the first few weeks of the job, where the Editor has the final decision) - Publish submitted contributed articles, if determined and assigned by the Editor - Ensure that sidebar is up-to-date and articles, promotions and special events are featured in the correct positions on the website - Manage the website, ensuring it is running and up-to-date - Ensure that Spotify playlist links are updated weekly on website - Ensure calendar is updated weekly - Ensure all deadlines are met - Check the Trello boards daily to ensure entire team is on time with assigned tasks, checking in with reminders and/or following up when deadlines have been missed - Collaborate with all Staff Writers to deliver a consistent direction and point of view. - Recommends Contributing Writers for open Staff Writer positions - Take on the Editor’s responsibilities, such as running staff meetings, writing articles as required - Attend two hours of scheduled office-hours, weekly - Attend weekly staff meeting - Attend college-related events, representing the publication and its staff #getinthegroove

    Responsibilities: -Track, prepare, and issue government mobile devices (i.e. cell phones, tablets, mobile hotspots) for the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade and its subordinate battalions to give priority individuals access to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) network while away from their offices in support of Special Operations Forces worldwide. -Troubleshoot and find solutions to issues with mobile devices. Submit Change Requests to provision accounts for mobile devices. -Conduct administrative actions relevant to mobile devices, such as ordering replacements for damaged devices. -Delegate technicians in subordinate battalions to compile and update phone roster spreadsheets for submission to the Brigade's online portal to allow individuals to contact others at their offices. -Provide IT Helpdesk support as needed. -Additional tasks as assigned.
