I suffer from anxiety and PTSD. I began Yoga as a means of weight control and physical body therapy. As I continued and became familiar with the poses and feelings an amazing and quite accidental thing began to occur- I began to experience this amazing peace and happiness following my practice. I became more resilient and relaxed. The more I delved in to the premises and tenants of yoga the more apparent it was to me that Yoga aligns perfectly with modern psychology. There is amazing healing and personal growth as you immerse yourself in the physical and psychological healing techniques. I continue to learn as I progress on with my path and I feel it is such a gift that I want to share it. I humbly offer myself as a guide to introduce you to the wellness, self love, and acceptance found through Yoga. I honestly believe anyone can participate and benefit. No matter your size, shape, or age-- trust me and we can build you a personalized practice that fits you, just as you are and grows right along with you.
I currently have students participating in private lessons in Chair Yoga and Beginners Hatha Yoga and Meditation out of my home.
