Hi! My name is Tonie [they/them], and I'm a music educator, Broadway session musician, and music producer passionate about giving my students the skills to play music and the tools to take charge of their learning. I have been teaching guitar, piano, voice, music production, and songwriting for 10 years and have worked with pre-school aged kids, teens, and adults to help them find their voice through music. I'm someone who loves using music to empower myself and others to express themselves. When not teaching, I'm a working singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist.

Tonie brings a thoughtful approach to teaching guitar, listening to the student's interests in order to develop a custom lesson plan. Tonie's love for music and teaching makes the lessons lots of fun. Tonie's patience also means that I feel excitement about learning songs guitar technique.
Tony is very engaged, kind, and super helpful. They made it much easier for me to understand the tools and how to use them. I'm excited to learn more under their instruction!
Super nice guy, patient. I would've given it a 5 but we spent most of our time trying to figure out my hardware. Totally not his fault, I'm hoping he does some research about the hardware before or next lesson. I would recommend Tony for sure.
