Harp with Tomoko S.

As a professional harpist I play and perform around Orange/Los Angeles Counties extensively. My dedication and professionalism have lead to an Award, Best Business of Irvine in the category of Musicians from 2015-2017, three years in a row. As an active chamber musician I frequently perform with a cello and flute as a Duo at various events, such as at Nixon Library, Hoson House, Philharmonic Society of Orange County. I am a graduate of USC and Manhattan School of Music and studied with world-renowned teachers, Sarah Bullen and JoAnn Turovsky. My past/current students have won scholarships and awards and attended North Western, USC, and UCLA. I love working on music from Bach transcriptions to final fantasy arrangements. I also use my jazz harmony knowledge to apply on the harp. I love to see students learn and grow personally and musically.
