Music Performance with Todd M.

My name is Todd M. I have a bachelors in music performance from Eastern Kentucky University. I was a teacher for the Eastern Kentucky FAME program for children after school teaching guitar and bass guitar along with holding my own personal studio for 10 years. I moved to Nashville in the summer of 2013 to pursue my music career. I take pride in my students and teaching the next generation of musicians. I believe that music should be a very important part of everyone's life and that everyone should have the opportunity to perform on an instrument. *** Travel Equipment *** I would expect my students to provide the instrument along with an amp and any other instrumental needs as well as the literature needed for the lessons. I would supply a stand and anything else needed. *** Specialties *** I am well versed in multiple genres including jazz, classical, Caribbean, Latin, Brazilian, rock, blues, Americana, jazz fusion, country, and funk to name a few. I am well versed in classical theory as well as jazz theory, harmony, and improvisation.
