Spanish with tina F.

I am currently a college professor. I received my Bachelors from Penn State University and my Masters from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Having lived in Spain, I learned first-hand the importance of being able to communicate. I emphasize oral communication equally with reading & writing skills. Even though I teach collegians, I have also taught young children & older adults. I adapt my teaching methods to best suit whatever age group I am working with. I love languages and cultures, and am always trying to learn new things. As a student of dance for many years, I am a fan of Spanish & Hispanic music, which I also incorporate into some of my lessons. I have also done interpretation and translation, so I can provide some instruction in those areas as well. My goal is not only to teach Spanish, but to also create curiosity and enthusiasm for the language, culture & history of such a large & diverse population,
