I am a San Diego based music teacher, producer, recording engineer, bandleader and performing musician. I graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Degree in 2005. I currently enjoy teaching audio production and recording techniques, music theory, basic to intermediate piano and organ in many styles, including: rock, funk, soul, hiphop, classical, and jazz. I am the bandleader and keyboardist for award winning San Diego based band The Sure Fire Soul Ensemble.

On the recording and producing side, I have been recording and producing records for over 15 years and specialize in vintage funk, rock, afrobeat, dub, and soul sounds; using vintage/analog and digital recording equipment and techniques.
