I am passionately committed to living a healthy lifestyle. I major in Complementary Alternative Medicine which is a Holistic approach to healthcare. Along with preventative medicine, naturally, living a healthy lifestyle includes physical exercise. I teach what I know and practice in my daily life. Pilates and Yoga have been a consistent part of my life since I was a child. These practices have helped me stay focused and fit. Which is why I love them. I love anatomy and physiology and witnessing the positive changes my clients create when they make health and fitness their priority. I am confident you are ready to take your self to another level of consistency. Getting the highest quality training you can find that is affordable and convenient is just as important to me as it is to you. What is great about this, is it gives both of us the opportunity to show up when we are able to be fully present to give 100 percent to what we love most. I find better results come from one on one training. It allows me to customize your sessions based on your level and grow from there. I also teach Pilates Suspension training and TRX. I incorporate all of my skills with each client.
Pilates has become my fitness focus, its fun, and unique, and it never gets old because there is an endless variety of ways to move the body. You see and feel results quickly. Joseph Pilates was an anatomical genius and perfectionist. He was constantly trying to figure out new ways to move the body in order to maintain flexibility and strength to achieve and maintain vibrant health. He rehabilitated many dancers and athletes back to health throughout his career. He was a man who practiced what he preached and lived a very long and healthy life and looked the exact same when he was 82 as he did when he was 32. I stay inspired by his work. Which continues through the teachers he taught during his career. I am now apart of this lineage and his legacy continues.
