Hi there! My name is Thomas Satalino, and I'm an instrumentalist, musician, photographer, painter, and writer. I have a passion for all things creative, and I teach people how to tap into their inherent creative ability, and find that artistic outlet they didn't even know they had! About me: I started playing piano at the age of 4, and have been playing musical instruments ever since. I have a passion for learning new things, and sharing my knowledge with others. Over the course of the past 18 years I have learned over 13 instruments. I was born and raised in Richmond Virginia where I taught for 2 years with "The Universal Language Room", an organization dedicated to teaching children with autism spectrum disorder the universal language of music. I currently teach full time at my home in Ardmore, and at Salem Academy of Music. My approach to teaching music is personalized based on each and every students needs. I believe everyone is able to play an instrument, take a beautiful picture, and paint an inspirational painting. My desire is to open the heart of every person to their creative self, free of judgement, and to learn the universal language of art for art's sake.
