Violin with Thomas R.

Hello prospective students! My name is Thomas and I am currently a violin performance major at SUNY Fredonia. I have tons of teaching experience, starting a small studio of students back when I was in high school in 2013. I have performed at some of the best Long Island/NYC venues, including: Carnegie Hall, Tisch Center for the Arts, Stony Brook University Recital Hall and the Staller Center. Throughout my career I have been a member of the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of New York: Suffolk Principal, as a first violinist (2012-2014), as well as the New York State All-State Conference (2012-2013), LISFA and All-County. As a college student, I am a part of the Fredonia College Symphony Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra, as well as being the leader of a high level string quartet. I have performed in various recitals, concerts, masterclasses throughout my college career. I have a strong passion for teaching, working with people and love to share my musical ideas with other people who are eager to learn.
