Singing with Thair T.

Hello! My name is Thair Thompson (Thai for short) and I want to help you find your voice. Whether it's to sing at the family reunion or to make a lifelong career, I will work my absolute hardest to get your voice to its full potential. I've attended the great institutions of Chicago College of Performing Arts and University of Illinois where I studied voice under the talents of Jeff Morrow and Cheryl WIlson. It was there that I learned the skills to successfully sing lead in three Chicago bands, record with artists like R. Kelly, and even sing for a commercial or two. That experience and those skills are what I want to pass on to my students. Something that I offer that other teachers may not is my youth. I have a lot of experience but not the pesky ego that a lot of older teachers have. I love to relate to my students and be honest and have fun so that they are willing to grow. Together we'll grow your range, exact your ear, and most importantly realize the artist inside of you.
