TAVolgenau Studio

Teresa coaches private and semi-private lessons out of her own dance studio. Formerly in Marshdale/Evergreen, then Denver, and now (as of Nov 2020) her dance space is located in Westminster, Co. Teresa coaches classical ballet, pointe, and preps choreography for competitions/auditions. Teresa also coaches her uniquely designed "Slippers to Heels: Ballet Technique and Tango Stylization" program.

Kinetic Arts Dance Studios

Teaching Classical Ballet, and her uniquely designed "Slippers to Heels: Ballet Technique and Tango Stylization" program. Teresa is also the director of "Evergreen's Cracked Nut", Colorado's newest winter tradition.

Broadway Dance Center

Taught and refined dancers, age 9-18 yrs, classical ballet technique, terminology, stylization. Increased body awareness, physical strength, stamina, flexibility and elongation, balance, musicality. Encourage personal development, goal setting, nudge limitations--mentally & physically, Instill a love for creative expression and a passion for art of movement. I choreograph multiple dance pieces for year end concert. Ongoing communication w/ parents, distribute progress updates, and report to my director.

The Joffrey Ballet School - Adult program

Taught and refined adult dancers, beg-adv/pro. 1.5 - 3 hr classes. Group, privates, and specialty workshops. Classical ballet technique, terminology, stylization. Increase body awareness, physical strength, stamina, elongation and flexibility, balance, musicality. Encourage personal development, goal setting, nudge limitations--mentally & physically, Aim to instill a love for creative expression with a passion for art of movement.

Personal Fitness and Strength Conditioning Coach. Owner of TAVLifestyle in San Francisco and Los Angeles. With cutting edge techniques and athletic progrmamming I worked one on one and with small groups for athletic training in the gym and outside on the field. Increased strength, stamina, flexibility, agility and speed. Weightloss and improved sense of well being. Goal setting and achievement. NASM and NSCA certified. Continued Ed with Power Systems, Paul Chek and SPRY programs.
