Improv Acting with Tayon K.

As a former student at a performing arts school with a dedication to social activist projects, government and acting may seem like a weird combination. They're not, I promise. I've learned so many lessons, but the most important being that the theater is the gateway to getting people to wake up and focus on issues around them. My resume includes six shows on stage, working with summits in Washington, D.C., and serving on panels that focus specifically on civic engagement.
