Ukulele with Taylor M.

Aloha. My name is Taylor. I'm 24 and have been seriously playing the ukulele for 10 years. Some would consider "serious" and "ukulele" an oxymoron, but to me, ukulele can be one of the most emotional and endearing instruments. Because my primary instrument is piano I bring all of my harmonic and theoretical knowledge to my uke playing. Something about the limitation of just four strings seems to open up and infinite world for composing and writing original songs. I've written jingles for NBC, played with artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Cody Simpson, and Charlie Puth and pre-covid was suppose to music direct and tour for David Archuleta. That being said, I'm grateful for this time because it's allowed me to continue to deepen my craft and create more than I ever have. I look forward to helping you express yourself on your instrument and bring joy to your entire community through the gift of music. What a perfect time to dive in.
