I am in my mid thirthies, and I live in Miami, FL. I am a yoga teacher and an exercise physiologist, but also studied business and real estate.

In 2013, I left my real estate “corporate” job to started a yoga organization. Yoga really help me find stable ground in a rocky process. It transformed my life—and continues to so—and I wanted to show people the "secret."

I started by giving away online tutorials and teaching classes out of my house. Later, I opened a brick and mortar location as a sanctuary for the practice and deep reflection. A sacred temple that attracted women of all ages from all sorts of backgrounds and personal transformations. As we built a community, I noticed the need for a structured yoga teacher training to bring forth great healing and guidance. The trainings did just that!

In this process I was a witness to my very best ability: holding space for transformations.

I was introduced to yoga by Tanya, she is very knowledgeable about Anatomy . Her instructions gave me a new insight to strengthen my overall well being. She introduced me to breathing and stretching and helped me strengthen my posture. Being around her is calming and positive. I highly recommend her classes for all ages.
