Well prepared and very engaging instructor. He also had lots of supplemental material that I found really useful.

I am on my 4th lesson now and the minutes fly by so fast because I am having so much fun while learning so much. Jay is encouraging, engaging, and easily adapted to my rhythm and lesson needs. Highly recommend :)

Really enjoyed our first lesson! He is Friendly, Prompt, and most importantly Patient. I have already recommended him to my Co-Workers. Definitely looking forward to our next session.

I called him to inform him the join link for our lesson hasn’t gone up but class has started because the time is set. I was very respectful as this isn’t exactly an abnormal occurrence with take lessons technology. Before I had a chance to even say would you like to use zoom he hung up on me. He hasn’t emailed me or tried to contact me at all deal with the situation.

He was wonderful with my 6.5 year old son!

Sung Je is a great tutor!  Very professional and friendly. My husband and I have been taking Korean lessons from him for several months now, and we’ve enjoyed the experience very much.

Jay is a great, patient, kind teacher. He was very considerate and willing to teach, considering my goals and level, stretching when he sees that is possible, but respecting my time. I super recommend him.

Jay was fantastic for my first lesson.  He was easy going and sweet.  He took time to understand what I was all about and what I was looking for out of my lessons.  He encouraged me to speak some Korean and try out some words, but kept most of our communication in English so I could to understand and follow along.  I highly recommend him if you are looking for a low pressure learning environment.

I’ve only taken one class so far, but I really enjoy Sung-jai’s teaching style and personality.  Hopefully I will be watching all of my Korean shows with no subtitles soon.

Perfect temperament for working with my 7 year old. Sung Je K adapts to my sons whims and, when needed, drew him back into the lesson using them.  Ex. My son, on a suger high from a holliday party at school, started blurting out random words.  Sung Je K. Took those words, and used them in the lesson. It was fantastic. Sung Je K is attentive and wants his students to learn. A+ teacher!
