Steven B is one of the best instructors out there. For 30 years, he has successfully taught hundreds of students. He combines methods of reading music, playing by ear, and improvisation. This combination works wonders for his piano students as they play with confidence, feeling, and beautiful interpretation. Students may learn classical, jazz, pop, and blues. Mr. Steven may be the only teacher who uses his recording studio to produce recordings to assist his piano students in learning. Provide teaching at all levels. Beginners are welcome. GUITAR / ACOUSTIC / ELECTRIC The guitar is the most popular instrument in the world. For 25 years, Steven B has successfully taught hundreds of students. He teaches many styles of guitar music, pop, rock, and blues. He teaches all the areas of hand positions, fingering, strumming, fingerpicking, and hybrid picking. Some of his students love taking lessons on both guitar and voice. Note: For those who like to sing, Steven is the creator of a unique method of getting students to sing beautifully on top of their guitar playing. VOICE - SINGING The voice is the grandest instrument of all instruments. Steven B has been teaching voice for over 25 years. His voice students who complete his method get standing ovations when they perform. It is amazing. In teaching voice, Steven combines methodologies of Bel Canto, the Alexander technique, and the secrets of singing. The Alexander technique can bring back to health a damaged speaking voice, as well as keep the singer’s voice sound and pain-free. Singing involves three areas: mind, vocal technique, and performance. There are many concepts to train in singing. Steven is also skilled in educating a student for an audition or performance. The chief purpose of singing is to bring oneself joy. Sing great and bring others joy! Steven B is a professional voice teacher. PERFORMANCE Steven B has extensive experience in performance. For 20 years, he performed piano and sang at many fine establishments throughout San Diego and Los Angeles. He produced a concert tour and performed 50 concerts throughout southern California. The concerts honored real-life moms, dads, doctors, nurses, teachers, athletes, entertainers who give back to charity, police officers, brave firemen and women, and explorers who make our world a better place. Steven performs piano, and guitar, and sings at each concert. His list of performances continues. He has a record of being the only musician to write a song and play all the instruments and vocals, along with filming and editing the videos of the performances each week for 52 consecutive weeks. He posted each song-video up on a popular website by midnights on Sundays. Steven B is also a record producer and recently released a 25-song record album!
