Piano with Stephen A.

I have played piano since I was 5 years old, taking classical piano lessons for 7 years, then learning how to play a modern contemporary style on my own with guidance from music theory classes and personal musical mentors. Music has always been a big part of my life, as a way to process things, as an outlet for creativity, as a way to connect with other people, and as a way to share my heart and mind with the world. I believe that music is the language of our souls, and can express and communicate in ways that words fail. Music is an incredible way to develop and sharpen our minds, and adds joy and peace in our lives. I am a student at Western Seminary, working on my masters degree, and I work as a middle school student ministry leader and worship leader at Grace Community Church. I am also a songwriter and recording artist, writing and arranging orchestral and piano instrumentals as well as modern ballads. I am constantly a student of music, learning in every way that I can, and passionate about sharing my love for and knowledge of music with the world.
