As a passionate musician, I strive to find the gifts in all of my students by instilling a good relationship that fosters musical growth. Teaching piano and voice has been the most rewarding and integral part of my professional career. A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, I was actively involved as a music major as I gained my bachelor of science in music education. I performed as a member of the Celebration show choir as well as the University Chorale. My piano training began at the age of six and continues today. I now enjoy singing with my church choir, and singing as a soloist at my church. One thing that has been important to me as I raised my children is that they were exposed to music and developed a true love of it. As young adults, we now enjoy as a family singing and playing instruments together to share our gift of music with others.
