Originally from Dallas Texas, I moved to Rexburg and graduated with an BMA in Vocal Studies and Performance along with a minor in Business Management from BYU-Idaho in the Spring of 2016. With over 12 years of private voice lessons and several years of teaching, my love and knowledge for music has grown immensely. I LOVE teaching voice. I have worked with kids, teens and young adults from ages 5-27, including students with special needs. Over the course of our classes together, students can expect to improve their vocal techniques and skills significantly. Their knowledge of music, key terminology and theory will also increase. During my studies, I was featured in several solo performances and roles such as Filia in Carissimi's oratorio Historia di Jephte, Agatha in scenes from the opera Der Freischutz, featured soprano soloist in Mozart's Vesperae Solennes De Confessore (including performance of Laudate Dominum with famous pianist Alpin Hong), and many others. My goal as your teacher will be to use my knowledge and skills to enhance your vocal talents to their peak potential. We will conquer any vocal plateau's, stage fright and confusion you may have and become a true, strong performer. I look forward to working with you!
