Bassoon with Stephanie M.

I am an active musician and lesson teacher in the Dallas area. In addition to being the bassoon professor at Richland College, I teach middle and high school students. My students have garnered high accomplishments including college scholarships, positions in the All-State ensembles, and top leadership roles in their school bands. I hold three degrees in music: a Bachelor's in Bassoon Performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts, a Master's in Bassoon Performance from Southern Methodist University, and a Master's in Music History, also from SMU. When I'm not teaching or playing music, I can be found running marathons, hiking with my dogs, or relaxing with my husband.
