I'm Steph, Ambassador of Fun, and I'm here to give you permission to have a good time working out! I teach beginner yoga with different movie themes such as Back To The Future, Star Wars, and Moana.
This yoga practice is for people who:
-are beginners or people new to yoga
-dig movie related music and
-enjoy light-hearted fun
A bit about me:
I have a Masters in Special Education and certification in yoga for both adults (200 RYT) and children (RCYT).
