Hi!

My name is Stephanie and I recently completed my Master's degree in Japanese language. I work in Japanese companies, so I am also very familiar with Japanese business culture.

I am able to teach students from those who are just starting out, to those who have some experience learning Japanese and want to continue to practice. I can help students become more comfortable expressing themselves in Japanese, both in writing and in speaking.

On the more fun side of things, I can teach students how to discuss things they enjoy or how to make friends abroad, using Japanese. I can also discuss with students about Japanese pop culture, anime/manga, music, etc. I like to incorporate students' interests in the lessons so that what we're learning is relevant to a student's life.

I have several different textbooks/workbooks on hand that we can use to learn Japanese writing and grammar, or we can focus mainly on conversations and speaking. As a long-time learner of Japanese myself, I also have many online/app resources that I can recommend to students to help them as needed.

In my free time, I continue to study Japanese and do freelance translation work, watch Korean dramas, play video games, and relax at home.
