Physics with Stephanie C.

I'm currently in school-- pursuing an Astrophysics PhD. I originally went to school for Political Science and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2012. A few years later, I decided I needed to go back to school for technical sciences. Now, I travel a lot, and I tutor people online. I don't like the traditional style of teaching math and physics-- giving people a homework assignment and then lecturing about theories rather than about how the topics apply to life and how to solve them. My teaching method is to have people walk away from a lesson feeling like they could do the problems in their sleep, or they can at least find solutions with all of the knowledge that they do have. I also want students to see parallels in their daily lives-- whether that be recognizing a physics theory while they are at an amusement park, or seeing a pattern in their daily life that applies to calculus.
