Ever since I was a young boy, I have had music dancing in my head. Songs would just manifest, but I had no way to bring them out. So I started teaching myself about music, using a music program at first, then onto keyboard, then piano. I also leaned the drum set, as it was another thing I enjoyed. At 13 I knew music was what I wanted to do with my life. At 17, I started Musicians Institute in Hollywood and graduated with an Associates degree. Ever since, I've been teaching. I love offering people insight into the things I've learned both from self education, and college. And I love to encourage and empower people to make music themselves! I specialize in theory, ear training, rhythm, and reading. I teach all styles, all ages, and will always try different angles until the knowledge sticks.
