I've been teaching professionally for 4 years and I am a working Jazz pianist trained in both Classical and Jazz music. I'll teach you the essential elements of music - time, rhythm, harmony, and melody - through working on pieces and tunes rather than doing too many technical exercises.

I specialize in playing with a good, comfortable, and healthy technique (Taubman technique) so if you have any problems with your hands, I can be of assistance! I'll make sure you have good habits when it comes to moving your hands on the piano.

Students are encouraged to compose and workshop their compositions/songs along with me.

I believe in working to grow your natural curiosity and using it to improve your playing and musicianship.

I am a professional Jazz pianist and songwriter. I've been playing and touring in various venues around the world ever since I was 17. I've played in Kennedy Center DC, the New Delhi Jazz festival, Jerusalem Jazz festival (twice), Red Sea Jazz, Guatemala and Panama Jazz Festivals and Twin Cities Jazz festival, just to name a few. 

I've studied with some of the best pianists and musicians in Jazz, Classical and composition, and I would love to pass on the knowledge that I've so kindly given.

I enjoy every stage in every level of teaching and learn a lot from it myself.
