    About Stan H.

I am a professional saxophone player/composer with years of recording and performing experience. I have years of theoretical background including advanced studies in theory and composition on a graduate level. I recently gave a crash course to a young man trying to pass a rigorous, English-based, music exam, with only two months to study what should have taken two full semesters, at least. He passed the exam. I was inspired to do this again. I am proficient in the basics as well as more advanced theory and have experience with younger children. I started teaching me two daughters when they were quite young. If you're interested in hearing my sax playing, please go to my website: www.mudmusicensemble.com You can also hear me performing with everyone from Radiohead to David Bowie to Serge Gainsbourg to They Might Be Giants and many more.
