I am an energetic culinary professional with a blend of creativity, passion for food and exceptional cooking skills with 15 years of professional cooking experience. I work well as a dynamic leader in high-pressure settings. My objectives include continuing to evolve and work in many different areas of the culinary arena; showcase and share my passion and dedication to the culinary arts to anyone I come into contact with via teaching or cooking lessons and in the near future start my own small business/entrepreneurship via a bakery/cafe with an emphasis on catering as well.
