Words can’t explain how much Ms. Adams has inspired my sons with their reading comprehension. She is very creative and helps my kids think outside the box. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and is always looking for new and fun ideas to inspire her scholars. She has such an amazing spirit which in turn makes her an excellent educator. Anyone looking to push their young scholars to the next level, will be thankful to have Ms. Adams to guide them along the way. My students and I have had the opportunity to work with Stacey at the school building level and online. Stacey's reading intervention strategies have helped students improve their reading levels by 1.5 to 2 years throughout a six month timeframe. Stacey's instructional practices are rooted in research from experts in teaching reading and writing, such as Lucy Calkins. I would recommend utilizing the different reading and writing strategies that Stacey can implement for small groups and individualized tutoring.

My son displayed concerns with reading fluency and comprehension. A friend suggested we contact Stacey due to her background in reading. She agreed to work with him and this year he tested on grade level for the first time in three years. I am so thankful for her hard work and dedication to my son.

Ms. Adams is an amazing teacher!! She worked with my son for 3 months to help him improve his reading and comprehension skills. My son was not making any gains in his traditional classroom setting so I thought that one-on-one instruction might benefit him. Ms. Adams exceeded my expectations!! She kept my son engaged for long 1-2 hour sessions, she pushed him to do more each time they were together and she gave him praise as he hit milestones. She also kept me informed of his progress and gave me tips on how to reinforce what they covered at home between sessions.
