Hello! My name is Spencer. Nice to meet you. I'm a working professional musician that is knowledgeable about many types of music and many different instruments. I hope that we can work together and create some lasting lessons about music and life.

Bass, Piano, Beginning Guitar are my specialties and I love to teach music theory, composition, and arranging/orchestration as well. I love to teach many things simultaneously so if you want to learn many different things about music then we will be a great match!

Some styles I know a lot about are Jazz, Classical, Rock, Pop, R&B, Film music and Bluegrass to name a few. Let's find out what you're interested in!

Spencer has been giving lessons to my son for the past couple of years for Upright Bass and Bass Guitar. We started with In-home and now, due to the current environment, have moved to virtual lessons. My son loves Spencer's friendly personality and is always looking forward to his lessons. I appreciate the flexibility of the schedule and the ability to work on multiple instruments when needed. Having a great teacher has always been important. We consider ourselves lucky to have met Spencer and continuously recommend him to our friends and family. My son has advanced tremendously in both instruments, and I credit Spencer for that.
