As a section leader I am a vocal example for the section and help to organize liturgical services. I am also expected to sing quartets with other section leaders and solo.

I taught general music to grades K-5, adding elements of music theory and general music knowledge. Students learned basic rhythm reading skills and sightread every day. They learned new songs that taught different concepts and were able to actively listen to different pieces of music and identify changes in tempo, tone color, and instrumentation.
