Shakespearean Acting with Sophia B.

I’ve been acting since I was ten years old. I have a BA in Theatre Arts from Drew University, where I first began to dabble in teaching. I have coached students of all ages in monologues and scene work in everything from devised pieces to Shakespeare. I have been in over a dozen Shakespearean productions, I’ve performed regionally all over the country, off-broadway multiple times, a few independent films, and soon I’ll have my major motion picture debut in Chadwick Boseman’s upcoming film, “21 Bridges.” I will create a learning environment where you can come as you are, and feel safe to fail big. I will push you to do your best work, and grow as a performer, while never losing sight of the fact that acting is first and foremost PLAY. Let’s have fun and make a beautiful mess together!
