I took an ACTFL writing exam and was rated at The Superior Level according to the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines. Writers at Superior level are able to produce formal and informal correspondence, reports, and research papers on variety topics, can explain matters, and can present and support opinions with cogent arguments and a high degree of language control.

Speakers at the superior level can converse on a variety of topics in all types of settings, explain complex matters in detail, and provide lengthy narrations with ease and accuracy. They can present opinion and provide structured arguments to support them.
