Since May of 2016, I have been focusing on advancement of all dance knowledge, dance technique, and teaching techniques through international and national coaches, and qualified teachers in and out of state to prepare for competition and independent teaching.

Prestige Ballroom Dancing

When the owners of Dance Pizazz split, one built the Prestige Ballroom Dance Studio in Des Peres, MO. Taught when needed, assisted with parties and planning events, and continued to build my knowledge and technique through coaching lessons.

Dance Pizazz

Taught consistently for four months, then taught when needed for a little over a year at Dance Pizazz, St. Peters, MO. My priority during this time was to use the studio resources and coaching sessions from national champions to improve my dancing and teaching abilities.

Independent

International independent teaching in multiple countries during this time.

Independent/Arthur Murray

During college, I taught independently by renting studio space from Studio Jeff in St. Cloud, MN. Jeff was a professional ballroom dance instructor with a very strong Arthur Murray background. Jeff and I taught together for multiple events and classes. Including a college course through St. Cloud State University that Jeff taught, and city outing events.

Fred Astaire

This was the start of my Ballroom dance career. Fred Astaire (and it's sister studio, Dance With Me in Brainerd, MN) accepted me to go through a Train-To-Teach program that lasted a total of nine months with the probationary period. I taught private, group lessons, and parties until the military called me to active duty order in January of 2009.
