I am a professional cake decorator operating my small licensed business from my home. Although I began decorating cakes nearly 17 years ago, I started doing it professionally in 2014. I specialize in elaborately decorated birthday cakes, but do wedding cakes, as well. My favorite cakes to create are 3D shaped cakes, carved to look like a particular object or character, etc. I also love creating multi-tiered cakes, painted cakes, and cakes that include details molded and shaped from a variety of mediums (fondant, gumpaste, pastillage, modeling chocolate, wafer paper, rice krispy treats). I love creating beautiful, unique sugar art with cake and can't wait to share that love with you!
