1. YOGA and MEDITATION :
I am yoga teacher and emotional stress counselor with expertise in meditation, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, motivation, hear-out mind therapy.
For yoga, I focus on pain management, healing yoga, flexibility along with weight loss.
Physical pain can be shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, neck pain, sciatica pain, stiff spine, ankle pain, calf pain, tight hamstrings etc.
2. Indian Cooking
Who can deny savory Indian food?? Growing up in India, I have an expertise in cooking. I love teaching delicious and healthy version of Indian cooking to enjoy tasty food while watching the weight :) come join me and learn this flavourful dishes!! Happy Tummy!

4. Life Coaching
Stressed about anything?? Take lessons on how to calm your mind and do what you need to do. Stress can be from your work, personal life, medical condition, financial condition, bad habits etc. Whatever your condition is, I'm here to help you!!
Took speaking English Lessons from Shailee. She's fun to learn with and she understands students' needs and is very patient in teaching. My English is far better now.
It has really improved my skills. I was able to learn all the concepts well. Know I have no fear of either writing or speaking fluent English as I know , I am not going to make mistakes.
