Elementary Math with Seth Z.

I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Applied Mathematics, Engineering, and Physics, an interdisciplinary program that allows me to pursue my many interests in pretty much everything nerdy. I plan to pursue a PhD in mathematics one day work as a professor and researcher. Outside of school, I work as a laboratory assistant in my university's chemistry department where I get to work with undergrads taking our general chemistry courses and help them work through the lab experiments and answer questions they have on procedures, writing up reports, etc. This has by far been my most rewarding job, and it has helped me discover my love for teaching. For fun I enjoy reading everything I can get my hands on, messing around with computer programming, and I'm also huge Star Wars fan. I love working with students and sharing my passion and love for math and science with them!
