Hey. Im Sergio. I’ve been coaching since 2007, I’m also a retired breakdancer with over 10 years of experience and a professional powerlifter with 5 years of experience. Even though I’m not as good of a dancer anymore, I can still do a lot of cool moves and teach basically everything. I am also an expert when it comes to body weight training, hiit training, mobility and balance, abs and core, female specified toning/glutes training and corrective exercising. I will do an assessment to see how your body functions, I will then see what your weaknesses are, and design a program for you to get to your goal as efficient and safe as possible.
