Hi! My name is Serenity, and I am a RYT-200 yoga instructor. Attending group yoga classes are inspiring, rigorous, and fun. But - sometimes students do not receive the special attention that they deserve. I quickly realized this once I attended teacher training and found out that I had been practicing poses incorrectly for years. I can't blame the teachers though. There only's a limited amount of time for a room full of students. SOLUTION: This is where personal yoga in combination with group practice becomes key. The private sessions dive deeply into the basics of each asana, so that you can receive all the benefits it offers. Not only that, students receive insight into their own anatomy and how it relates to each pose. I firmly believe that building a strong beginner foundation makes all the difference in sensation and progress. TRAVELERS: In the Orlando area, we have many travelers looking to continue or begin their yoga practice on vacation.
