Hair Braiding

Beginner

Hands on intensive training to learn 3 basic braiding techniques: proper parting, 3 strand braids & corn rows. Full kit included. You will also receive a certificate of completion at the end of class!

Hair braiding is a unique practice of African American culture. Black women have used braids to show status, personality and to protect our naturally textured hair. This class will teach you the basic steps of parting & braid techniques for individual braids and corn rows. We will also go over the uses of each comb in the styling kit and some natural hair remedies that stimulate hair growth and help maintains hair  moisture. Take your Kween Styles Kits home to practice until you're perfect!
