I especially enjoy teaching people how to improvise and find their own voice, and specialize in building up technique so you'll be able to tap exactly what you hear in your head.

I'm a NYC based actor currently living in Atlanta, Georgia, with a huge case of ADD, that resulted in a background in musical theatre, jazz piano, juggling, and many sports. Aside from acting and dance, I was a varsity tennis player, and competed at the national level for two sports, National Collegiate Table Tennis (NCTTA 2010), and on the U21 National Kayak Polo Team (based in Austin, Texas). I've also been a juggler for the past 15 years (5 club cascade and club passing), and jazz pianist (1 year training with Grammy Winner Hank Hehmsoth, and (in an freak chance meeting, 6 months with 2 time Grammy Winner Floyd Domino). I love all things tap dance and Golden Age Musical Theatre, and have many influences including Sammy Davis Jr, Gene Kelly, and Fred Astaire.
I love to teach, and find particular joy in jump starting passion in other people for the random professions that I enjoy!
Bucket list role for me. Donald O'Connor was one of the people that gave me a joy to dance, so this was a role of a lifetime.
1st Broadway Nat. Tour of Million Dollar Quartet
Written and Directed by Julie Andrews of Mary Poppins fame. Julie is one of my all time idols, so getting to work closely with her was a dream come true, and a time that I will hold dear for the rest of my life.

After signing up for Sean's tap dancing lessons, I was a bit concerned I wouldn't be able to keep up. I've seen his performances, and he is top notch. Starting out, I had no rhythm or skill.
We started out with in-home lessons, and after just 4 hours of training my wife was ready to buy the shag carpeting I'd always dreamed of!
All kidding aside, Sean is a fantastic teacher and a great friend. I would highly recommend taking a lesson with him for any of his many talents. He is easy to talk to, listens well, and provides great feedback. Thanks, Sean!
I have been learning tap dancing from Sean for awhile now, and the experience has been very positive. He's a skilled and encouraging teacher.
In 5 lessons with Sean, I was able to juggle 3 balls or clubs by myself, and pass 5 and 6 clubs with another person! He’s a delight to be around, always positive and encouraging, and really knows what he’s doing! Whenever I would get frustrated and want to give up, he would find a way to fix whatever was tripping me up, and make me feel great about my progress. I would recommend Sean to anyone wanting to learn this skill! He’s also really funny, and crazy talented in SO many areas in addition to juggling!+ Read More
I have always wanted to impress my friends at parties with amazing slight-of-hand magic, and Sean is a MASTER!!! Not only did he teach me ACTUAL MAGIC, but I’m actually BETTER than him now! That’s how great a teacher he is.
Sean is an excellent coach and he elevated my game in the first session alone. He is personable and enthusiastic and I very much look forward to working with him in future sessions.
