I've been playing guitar in pop, rock, and jazz settings for several years, and strive to teach all of my students how to best express themselves musically. If you would like to play in a band, learn how to write songs, or even learn to improvise, I can help you achieve your musical goals.

About Sean H.

Hello! My name is Sean H, and I am very passionate about helping my students accomplish their musical goals. I have been teaching for over six years and also have extensive experience as a performer. I have received several musical awards, including the prestigious Louis Armstrong Jazz Award and have a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Studies from San Diego State University.

As a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer, and bandleader, I have experience in many different aspects of music that I pass along to my students. I give lessons on upright and electric bass, guitar, saxophone, and clarinet. In addition to this, I offer songwriting, ear training, and music theory lessons.
