Hi! I'm Scott. I have performed with solo and with bands as a singer, guitarist, saxophonist, bassist, percussionist, and sound engineer, written, performed and recorded 2 albums & regularly live stream music now. I was a voting member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Grammy Committee and NARAS (National Association or the Recording Arts and Sciences) about 15 years ago. My first music lessons started on the piano at age 5 after my parents heard me figure out the Olympic theme on the piano in our living room. I kept acquiring more instruments and equipment and eventually tried to connect all my knowledge and gear into the one-man band you can see in my videos. *** Lesson Details *** I have been teaching Guitar, Bass, Percussion, Piano, Saxophone, Ukelele, Singing, Music Production, Recording, and Composition, and Performing for 21 years. I can teach you how to read music, tabs, ear training, music theory, composition, improvisation in just about any style. Working with people writing songs is something I enjoy; I can help you write and record your own songs. Knowledgeable in instrument repair, set-up, and maintenance, I can also help you fix instruments, teach you how to spot a good instrument, and how to adjust, maintain, and modify them to your liking. . *** Studio Equipment *** Guitars, basses, ukulele, setar, percussion and drum sets, saxophones, cajon, hand drums, a theremin, effects pedals and processors. a 20-track digital recording studio with audio monitors that are equalized to the room's acoustics for accurate listening and mixing, plus an assortment of microphones, amps to help with the learning and creation process.

Scott is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and talented. My daughter takes guitar and drum lessons with him. She is learning so much. He has built her confidence and been so patient with her. If you’re looking for a music teacher then I highly recommend him.
