I am an experienced classical guitarist and teacher; I have been teaching classical guitar since 1989. I studied Classical Guitar Performance with Christopher Parkening, William Kanengiser, Scott Tennant and Raymond Mueller and at the University of Southern California. I have had performance and instructor experience at the Betty Haag Institute and served as classical guitar professor at the College of DuPage and Wheaton College. Education: 1984-1989 University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Major: Classical Guitar 1992-2004 Professor of guitar program, College of DuPage, Glen Ellyn, Illinois. 1996-2004 Professor of guitar program, Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. 1984-1998 private and master class studies with America's greatest classical guitarist, Christopher Parkening. 1984-1989 while at USC I studied with William Kanengiser and Scott Tennant, both USC professors and founding members of the Grammy winning "Los Angeles Guitar Quartet".
