I'm going to help you create a yoga practice you LOVE. I will customize each lesson based on your physical, mental, and emotional needs so that you can get the best out of our yoga lesson together.

Yoga is best approached individually for a specific time and reason instead of going through a sequence that was created for the general public. Every body is different and I want to respect and honor where you are so that you can make yoga work for you instead of having to struggle to get into a pose you're not meant to do that day.

I will help you expand your awareness of your body, mind, and emotions through the practice of yoga so that you can be more in touch with yourself to enhance your overall wellbeing. I will also help you open up places in the body that are constricted, holding tension, and creating unease so that you can begin to have more ease and freedom in your body, mind, and spirit.

My lesson will include a series of movement/poses as well as breathing exercises and a short meditation.

About Say K.

Yoga was such a God-sent for me when I started practicing it back in 2007 because I hated exercising! I loved dancing and swimming but I really hated the gym and its machines and weights. I knew I had to exercise to maintain good health but I really didn't enjoy most exercise activities.

Yoga changed the whole meaning of exercise for me because it was so enjoyable to do and I felt good during and after unlike other exercises that I didn't enjoy but felt good doing after. From day 1, I enjoyed how I felt doing yoga and I looked forward to practicing yoga ever since. I really fell in love with the practice of yoga right away and it has been my dear companion in life to this day.

I would love to share that love of yoga with you! Yoga has been so beneficial for me on so many different levels, physical, emotional, spiritual and I know you can also gain numerous benefits from practicing this ancient art of creating wellbeing.

I'm a certified yoga teacher and life coach and have been teaching for the last 7 years. I have taught both classes and private one-on-one sessions. My training has a strong emphasis on correct alignment and one of my focus in teaching yoga first and foremost is to keep you safe as you practice yoga.

I will help you create more awareness of mind and body so that you can learn to move, breathe, and live in a way that creates more ease and flow on and off the mat. I will also help you release what you're holding onto in the body as tension resulting from the stress of life. And on a side note, you will also create a stronger, more supple and flexible body ;)
