Welcome! I have struggled with anxiety, stress, and emotional overeating for most of my life. I had a negative critic that lived in my mind and kept repeating self-talk that just crippled me.
I've tried many things to heal my anxiety and stress eating. And it wasn't until I found meditation, specifically kundalini yoga, that I really started to shift the way I think and experience my inner world.
My greatest joy is to be able to help others on their path. Regardless of religious background or faith, meditation can be a powerful tool to let go of "junk messages" in the mind so that you can just be you, free to express yourself where ever you are.
I meet students where they are, regardless of meditation experience, and act as a guide as they explore their inward journey. I also assist in helping students tap into their emotions and remove obstacles that are keeping them from experiencing inner peace, balance, and joy.
