Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am a graduate student at DU studying classical voice performance. I am a soprano that played the lead role in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro last year and I will be playing two lead roles in our spring productions this year. I have studied with many amazing teachers from which I have been able to learn and pass on their wisdom to my students. I love working with students who love to learn and love to sing. Singing should always be fun!

I've had several sessions with Sarah and already my voice has transformed! Not only is she a great personality to work with, but she teaches vocal technique in a way that makes fixing bad habits and improving things like breath support and tone, for example, much easier.

Sarah did a great deal to help improve my breath support and help promote healthy singing. I highly recommend her because of her great personality and eagerness to help her students.

Sarah has taught me how to improve my singing in the past few months. I don’t consider myself as a great singer, but she’s helped me sing notes I didn’t think was in my range and adopt a style for whatever song I’m singing to give me confidence. She gives great feedback, comes up with the funniest analogies and references to convey them... moreover, is very encouraging.
