Often the standard for design and photography fields, it can be difficult to navigate and learn by yourself. Instead of relying on YouTube to teach you, a live session with a qualified teacher is the way to go. Certified by the US Navy for Adobe Photoshop Beginner - Advanced.

I am a Portrait and Documentary Family Photographer focusing on moments found during a typical day with a typical family. I use photojournalism to tell stories and use available light in every situation. I spent 15 years in the US Navy as a photographer and broadcast journalist and have a great deal of knowledge in not just how to take pictures but how to get “the shot”.

Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and experience.  She is fun and engaging and her Navy stories make learning exciting.  She actually got to take pictures of our President during her Navy career.

Having only known Sarah in-person for a brief time before she moved out of state, I'm grateful social media kept her in touch. As a fellow photographer with much yet to learn, I'm inspired by her ability to juggle personal and professional time and make explanations simple enough to follow without face-to-face interaction. Her knowledge of the craft combined with her great people skills make her the ideal instructor.
