I am taking steps towards reaching my goal of becoming a physical therapist. At this inpatient rehab hospital, I help physical, occupational and speech therapists with patient care.

I aid the Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapist in communicating with patients and each other, helping set up patients on modalities and aid in the flow of treatment.

Student Recreation and Wellness Center UA

I teach cycling, boot camp, core and am available to sub for many classes at the rec center.

I teach classes at the YMCA and also at other workplaces during their lunch breaks or directly after the workday is over. Examples of classes I've taught include boot camp, core conditioning, cardio variety, tabata, pilates, strength and conditioning, and wild card.

As a Wellness Coach I give fitness assessments, answer questions people have about working out, losing weight, eating healthier, specifics about workout machines, etc.

I've been teaching flute lessons since freshmen year of high school to students ranging from absolute no experience to high school seniors and everything in between. Out of my own home or in your own home, wherever you are most comfortable.
